Because of the perishable and customized nature of our products, we maintain the following strict policy:
Once an order is confirmed during the confirmation call, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirmation.
We do not accept returns after delivery.
Balloons and flower bouquets are fragile, time-sensitive items and cannot be resold or reused once delivered.
Refunds are only applicable if the delivered product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
You must notify our delivery team immediately at the time of delivery.
Provide clear details or evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).
After verification, Balloons House UAE may offer a replacement product or a refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment (Cash on Delivery → Cash refund).
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Refunds will not be provided in cases where delivery failed due to incorrect address, lack of recipient availability, or refusal to accept the order.
Customers may cancel or change their order before the confirmation call is completed.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or major changes may not be possible.
These Return and refund policies are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
